Terms of Service (Sept 25, 2022)

These terms are subject to change without notice. You must read and agree to these terms to commission me, and failure to do so will result in refusal of service.
My artwork may not be used for Artificial Intelligence or for usage in NFTs.
I retain the right to keeping a blacklist of violators of these terms.
As the artist, I retain the right of distribution to post my work anywhere.

General

1. I will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.
2. I will not draw: nsfw, drug use, or fetishes.
3. Do not send me a nsfw reference.
4. I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund a commission at anytime.

Payment

1. Payment upfront in USD via paypal invoices.
2. Invoices must be fully paid within 48 hours.
3. I will not accept payment if you are not the legal holder of the account and not of legal age (18+).

Process

1. I do not accept rush orders or deadlines.
2. Time taken depends on the current queue, but commissions will be started within 1-2 weeks.
3. Clients will be always be updated with initial sketches and final products, but can request progress inbetween.
4. I accept changes during the process, but excessive changes will incur a fee.
5. The current queue is publicly available.

Usage

1. Use for personal, non-profit reasons but must be credited to me.
2. Commercial use of my artwork is prohibited.
3. Do not alter, edit, or trace the artwork.
4. Do not claim it as your own work.
5. Do not remove watermarks.

Refunds

1. A full refund is only offered when a commission has not been started.
2. Partial refunds are available for commissions that have been started:
a. 50% refunded in the sketch phase
b. 25% refunded in lining
c. No refund if in the coloring phase

Chargebacks

1. Chargebacks result in being blacklisted
2. Intellectual property rights to the artwork are revoked.
